- You are booking travel with Sky+Sea LLC, doing business as Cruise Made Easy.
- We are a travel advisor and booking agent – we arrange travel with trusted suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, hotels).
2. Planning Fees & Payments
- We charge non-refundable planning/service fees for our expertise.
- Other charges (e.g., cruise fare, flights) will appear directly from the supplier on your card statement.
- No payments will be processed without your approval each time.
3. Cancellations & Changes
- Changes to bookings may have fees from both us and suppliers.
- Refunds depend on supplier policies and may be partial or unavailable.
4. Booking Details
- You must provide full legal names and accurate details for all travelers.
- You’ll receive official supplier confirmation numbers for check-in.
5. Travel Risks & Insurance
- Travel can involve unexpected events (illness, delays, weather).
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip cost.
6. International Travel & Minors
- You are responsible for required documents (passports, visas, health certifications).
- Special rules may apply when traveling with children/minors.
7. Liability
- We act as a booking agent only. Suppliers operate independently.
- Our liability is limited to the fees we’ve received for your booking.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
- We keep your information secure and confidential.
- We also protect our planning materials and vendor relationships.
9. Disputes
- Any disputes will first go to binding arbitration in Kansas.
- If unresolved, they will be handled by Sedgwick County courts.
10. Acceptance
- Checking the box or signing electronically in TravelJoy means you’ve read and accepted the full Terms & Conditions.
