Trip-specific data including passport and vendor payment information is maintained in TravelJoy, which also employs industry-standard controls and is encrypted in transit.

7. Marketing & SMS Program

Our optional SMS program delivers booking confirmations, service reminders, and occasional offers (with opt-in).

  • Frequency: Typically 1–5 texts per month.

    Emails and texts comply with CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements. Each message identifies Cruise Made EASY and includes unsubscribe instructions.
